Discounts are offered accordingly for group of 3 or more and for corporate sales.CONDITIONS OF ATTENDANCE AND CANCELLATION / ATTENDANCE SUBSTITUTION
Number of attendees is limited by the capacity of the event venue in the Legend Hotel. In case of more people interested in attendance than capacity of the venue before the deadline, organizer reserves the right not to accept more registration.
In the case whereby registered attendee who has already paid the attendance fee to the organizer before the deadline, but he/she cannot attend the seminar, it is possible to substitute him/her by another person.
Details of substitute has to be sent to us before the seminar date.
All changes in connection with attendee substitution, attendance cancellation, or other requirements for organizer have to be done by writing an official letter including detail specification of required changes.
SECURITY ARRANGEMENTS
Based on character of the event led by world renowned services marketing Guru, and attendance of VIPs, CEOs and business leaders, we have to put stress on security arrangements and checking of attendees during registration process. Please respect that fact and terms of arrival and registration to ensure smooth and efficient event running.
